Great resource!
Love listening to birth stories and different perspectives. It’s a helpful way to learn your options when challenges arise. I listened to the podcast throughout my first pregnancy and even hired Jen to be my doula. She is amazing! I felt so prepared and in control when labor started. I was even able to go unmedicated. Listening again now that we are trying for baby #2.

Tell me you don’t actually understand and trust birth and physiology without telling me. The vitamin K episode is wildly inaccurate and leaving out lots of context. Did you ever consider that babies are born deficient in vitamin K for a reason? Have you read the package insert for vitamin K? The shot is not just a soluble vitamin. I’m glad more moms have already woken up, but I would be hard pressed to trust a doula who is clearly so pro-pharma and distrusting of God’s perfect design.

Very informative and simplified
Stumped upon this podcast in researching for the first three medication given to newborns and was given much understanding and clarity that helped me make an empowered decision for my child

My favorite birth podcast
Out of all the podcasts I could find and listen to, I always come back to this one because it’s THE BEST! I love the way she interviews and asks the best questions and it’s so down to earth, feels like friends just sharing this deep most precious time of their lives. I love It so much!

Pregnant moms gold mine!
So helpful to hear other moms experiences. And to reflect even after you’ve given birth.

Real moms. Real stories.
Love listening to real moms tell their stories. Just listened to Nicole Bertrand share the story of the birth of her two girls and what it’s like being a Doula and Birth Photographer here in Charlotte - such a great episode! Thanks for sharing!!

So educational
I absolutely love listening to this podcast. I have not yet started trying to have kids, but learning all of the possibilities surrounding the birth experience has been so educational. There is a ton of info shared on this podcast that I have never heard before. Every woman wanting to start a family should listen to a podcast like this one to familiarize yourself with terminology as well as possibilities of pregnancy/birth/labor/postpartum experiences. Jennifer, thank you for creating this platform and podcast!
