In this episode Liz shares her positive and empowering induction birth story! Liz had gestational diabetes during her pregnancy, which towards the end her blood sugar levels started to get out of control. She was induced at 39 weeks, and says she really had to surrender to the idea of an induction. Liz mourned the birth preferences she originally had, but was quick to switch gears and make her induction the best possible. Postpartum Liz struggled with anxiety to the point where she wouldn't be able to sleep because she had to watch her daughter breathing, she didn't hesitate and got help within days.
