Maria Eduarda Lack or Duda, is just a high school student from IFF (Instituto Federal Fluminense) studying electromechanics and who has no scientific notion about mental health, except her own experience and living with it. After some ups and downs, unanswered questions and some anxiety attacks, Duda decided to share her good and bad experiencies and maybe some tips that will help you take care of your inner child and not despair about the near future. You can slow down! Forget everything you've ever heard about “mental health being the this generation’s nonsense”, IT IS NOT!
