Hi! My name is Tara Meyer and my mission is to make home buying and selling easier for everyone! I am a Realtor in Columbus, Ohio and when I meet with new buyers and sellers they have so many questions! What are closing costs and how much do I need? What is a home stager, and are they necessary? Should I hire movers, and what all can they help with? What types of loans are available, and how do I know which ones I qualify for? How do I choose a realtor when there are so many to choose from? Can I sell my home myself, I thought we were in a sellers market. Is my home worth what that app is telling me it's worth? What the heck is an appraisal gap? When is the best time to buy or sell my home? In order to answer these questions, I am going to talk to the experts. Each week I will choose a topic, find someone local, ask them the questions consumers want to know, and bring the info to you. My hope is to also talk with some of you.
