I'm back with a brand new season and an interview with Kyla Crocker! Kyla, resides in Toronto where she works remotely for BOKS as the Coordinator for Central Canada. Kyla and I talk about the leaving small-town Nova Scotia and ending up in a big city, her meditation practice, how she got her current position and dealing with adversity. This episode has some great interview tips and life advice! My favourite: consider the outcome when you are typically the type of person who says "yes" to everything/everyone. "Feel the fear and do it anyways". In this episode, I speak with Madison Kelly who is currently working for Curling Canada in Moosejaw, Saskatchewan. We reflect on our time at Acadia, talk about parental advice, explore some poetry and laugh. I had a lovely visit from my dear friend, Turner earlier this July. Amongst friends, Turner is known as "The International Man of Mystery" and we shared many good chats about his travels, future plans and his gut. 

Laura and I enjoyed some laughs as we reminisced on our time at Acadia. We spoke about her job post grad and what she plans on doing next. It was so great speaking with her and it made me happy just to spend some time together. 

I sat down with the incredible Ty Cranston for his very first podcast interview. Ty is a University of Ottawa alumni and is a current player in the CFL for the Montreal Alouettes. We talked about his journey to Ottawa as well as some of his influences as he prepares to leave for training camp. Best of luck Ty!
