Finding your Therapy
This week's topic is going to be about Finding your Therapy. What is your therapy? Is it going to see a professional? Is it a hobby? Whatever it is, therapy is so important, finding the right type of therapy that works for you is crucial. Everyone’s needs and preferences are different, so what works for me might not work for another. Whether it’s cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy, art therapy, or even something like mindfulness and meditation, the key is to find what resonates with you and helps you the most. Find your therapy and make it a priority, because when you make "IT" a priority, you're making yourself a priority.

Slowing Down
My question to you is, What does slowing down look like to you? Isn't it ironic that slowing down can sometimes be the hardest thing to do. Anyway, it can become the easiest thing to do with practice. I remember a time when I was working so hard in Jamaica but there was always time to slow down and recoup. Although I'm still learning, I just want to share some of my thoughts with you on practising to slow down.

Knowing who you are!
It is so important to understand, and know who you are and have confidence. Not knowing who you are, can lead to confusion about identity, which can result in continually people pleasing, in order to find peace, in who they say you are. It's important not to focus too much on what people may say about you, in terms of who you are, but rather knowing for yourself. Not knowing who you are can result, in you never truly tapping into, your God given potential. Question, Do you know you?
