Today is Grief Awareness Day. I listened to your episode on grief this week. Your words, your thoughts, your emotions… they could have be been mine once. I recognized where you’re at in your grief journey and realized that, though it sometimes doesn’t feel like it, I have grown some distance since when I was there. It’s making me think about a “grief age” versus chronological age and I wonder if that’s a thing. I might Google it later. Thank you for putting yourself out there, Claire.
