Wendy’s Way is a podcast dedicated to helping you on your daily journey through Life. I have struggled with my weight and wellness for over 20 years and I finally feel like I am on the road to recovery and wellness. I would like us all to realise we are never feel alone, there is help and support in so many ways, we just have to have to courage to ask for it and accept it.
