We explore how we are all able to catastrophise at certain points in our lives but how for some this can develop into a habit that can cause huge problems.  Catastrophising will mean that some are unable to see anything other than the worst possible outcome and mean that they live a very different and stressful life as a result.

We provide useful tips and tools that will allow the mind to calm and the mind time to be more reasonable with the thought process.
