She explains how companies are starting to think more about mental health, why people feel disconnected in workplaces and how to deal with the challenges virtual workplaces bring. She explains how companies are trying to incorporate more social activities whilst working virtually, but they have found it hard to include all staff in these activities, with some people just not wanting to get involved. Sabah explains how companies need to look beyond what works for them and rather what would work for their target audience, the people who don’t get involved as much need to be targeted and helped. She gives her opinion on being vulnerable in the workplace.Trend in leaders of HR (52 seconds) Virtual social activities (5:10) Looking at their target audience and their mental health (7:30) Wellness Initiatives (10:44) Vulnerability in the workplace (16:10)Wellness engaged is powered by EVENTMIND, a market leader in the virtual and hybrid event sector..
