In the third episode of Wellbeing with Ell, I finally wanted to share my running story; how I started, why I started, what brought me to the sport + how it essentially saved me from an eating disorder (and other mental health issues). I wanted to be raw, honest and open about what this sport has done for me and how it has helped me since I began in 2014. DISCLAIMER: I do talk about Eating Disorders, Exercise, Dieting, Anxiety & other mental health issues so if you feel this will trigger you PLEASE don't listen!! I am hoping to only inspire, help + share my experience for others in a positive way.
