I love this podcast. I relive so many memories of WWF/WCW when I was growing up. From listening to old promos and commercials, they certainly make this a throwback podcast. Also getting the New Japan updates makes me want to watch this live. Thanks Phil and Dave, yall Rock!

This show is fantastic-Phil and Dave bring the goods each and every week-I enjoy the Black Hammer as well-give this show a listen, they’re informative, straight shooters, funny and they bring you back to a time when things in wrestling world were enjoyable Shining Edward Jackson

One of the most knowledgable, cohesive and entertaining podcast about wrestling! It's a clever show with a look back at prestige and often obscure pro wrestling events of history. They also delve into what's happening now in the major and indy circuits of the sport/entertainment itself. Look out its a bird, it's a plane, nope it's the Turnbuckle Throwbacks Wrestling Podcast! (P.S. Be sure to check out past episodes as well!)

Phil and Dave offer a unique podcast compared to others as they stay true to the script and have an awesome weekly throwback live..The live chat room makes the experience better during the show for those listening live as they actually pay attention to feedback during the show...Brian Kinn

Absolutely brilliant are Phil Raia and Dave Mega Powers aka White Lightening. The knowledge they both protray on the show is amazing and it makes me wish I lived in the NY/NJ area so I could visit the famous Deckerdome and shed some light on old school topics!! But a great show and a great way to make your workday fly by!! Phil Raia keeps it professional most of the time while The Mega Powers always tries to push those boundaries lol. Keep the great work guys and cant wait for more future episodes!! - James Wallace aka Axel Foley

Like Wrestling? Like Funny? Then you have hit gold my friends, Phil and friends are awesome. If you like wrestling, check these guys out, they know there stuff.

He's smart to the business, and he loves Metallica. How do you not love that? Check this show out and smarten up!
