Now being a woman who struggles with the daily fight from others of owning my blackness is what you will see. Being a black woman has its limitations due to not loving yourself as most say, arguing with those who say you have self hatred because you like versatility? Welp this podcast is for you! Are you that person that’s told you act or speak white come on, It’s ok to talk it out and my therapist told me so!

Understand destructing ones beliefs.

When understanding who you are the information in life, you have to be aware of things that have been taught. However what happens when you start learning for self what happens when you start asking questions. Digging deeper into self and the knowledge you seek shall find you.

Do you really have self love, or has your self love been compromised with environment?

Realizing that my self love was compromised, due to obtaining a image that others tolerated. Having a odd way of life to others and obstacles in growth showed what I lacked due to the ways over comfortability and seeing to make others comfortable I lost who I was. My happiness my ways of seeing color and I could only see black and white. Did I change or did I truly regain who I was always?

Have you been told, that you have disabilities? These disabilities have been told to you that you cannot understand simple English or simple math. Your disabilities are a genius meaning you perceive things differently from the natural and normal human. Realizing that no one but the universe and God or whoever you believe in is the only one that can self diagnose and if self diagnosis self diagnosing.Then that truly means That you are the creator of your own image and the therapist or only the builders that helped to your stuffing in building blocks so the information you give them is your own self novel of your life.
