I struggled for a while opening up to people I know because I was scared of them judging me, but with time I got to be comfortable opening up to strangers and within that time I built my self confidence and didn’t bother about what people thought as long as I was myself. So this podcast is really for people struggling to find that someone to talk to, you would be surprised how just opening up can create solutions. You can tell us what got you upset and who, what made your week and who. Weekly escape rants just focuses on helping people struggling with their mental health.
