This is the last podcast that Adam and Greg will be creating. Why?  It's because we don't like any of you.  Good riddance!  Actually, it's more than that.  Tune in and maybe you will find out.

We do not make this our job, we do this for fun. Over the last five years we have completed a combined 20+ triathlons, 10+ half-marathons (or longer) and 6 full distance Ironman triathlons.
