Our guests and friends, Jill and Cara, bring us some amazing conversation about women and body expectations. Both have a background in fitness as they are mobility experts and personal trainers, and even met at the gym! Through their gym, Movement Duets, they specialize in helping pre and post natal women with their bodies through fitness and support, but also focus on encouraging every woman through whatever stage of life they are in. They promote self care, self love, and educate women on knowing that although things they may be experiencing with their bodies are common, they also may not be normal and can be helped. We are so excited to share our laughs with you in this episode because these ladies aren’t only experienced and encouraging, but FUNNY.
