I absolutely LOVE this podcast!!! I’ve been a fan and have been listening since the beginning!!! It’s pretty much the ONLY one I tune in to! I will admit I’m not always up to date, but I ALWAYS make sure I catch up eventually cause I just can’t get enough and refuse to miss a single episode! Y’all are my absolute FAV! I recommend this podcast to ANY and EVERY body who I know! Y’all are REAL AF and don’t have any filters….and as a real Bihhh who moves the same…I absolutely LOVE y’all and appreciate the realness y’all bring to the world!!! 💖💖💖

Proceed with caution on this one. I’ve been listening to this podcast for quite some time now, and it has solely been due to only one of the hosts. You have one host who’s mature and leads with empathy, comedy, and common sense, (while also being open to criticism); then you have one host who’s right-wing obsessed, isn’t open to criticism, and is constantly attempting to play devils advocate when black issues come to rise. The latter will be the cause of the downfall for this podcast. Take a listen to one of their episodes and you will know EXACTLY who has been described.

If it weren’t for Tam, this show would be filled with misinformation, propaganda and weird MAGA rhetoric. Tam tries so hard. AJ doesn’t listen and is unwilling to learn. If Tam ever gets her own platform, she will take off.

It’s very concerning the things that comes out of AJs mouth sometimes. She is painfully wrong a lot and Tam brings the common sense. I still listen though lol

I listen to this show every week. Rarely EVER missing an episode. I love Tam… AJ is an acquired taste. It almost feels like she purposely try’s to have an unpopular opinion not only that she seems to have to always be the exception. Somehow she NEVER experiences or relates to topics lol AJ, you are not perfect and that is okay.

Shoutout to these beautiful ladies. I don’t agree with everything AJ says but she be speaking facts. And Tam Bam is just a straight up comedian. Keep it coming! Yall slide by South Florida, we love yall down here.

Overall, I enjoy the show however, most episodes, it does require patience to listen to AJ’s facts & statistics aka opinions. While podcasts are not considered journalism, I feel there is a responsibility by podcasters to do research & not knowingly spread misinformation. It’s okay to preface with “this is my opinion” or “don’t quote me”; the doubling down is wild. Also, I can tell she has terrible taste in men & friends but speaks as if she chooses well. I’ll keep listening & following but again…patience.

AJ is completely unbearable to listen to. Her misinformation is ridiculous and in this latest episode she tried to explain how trickle down economics is a good thing. All her views are from a right perspective and like most conservatives she only thinks about herself. I don’t how any idea how Tam sits and listens to her. I used to listen but not anymore. Tam please start your own podcast.

I use to listen to this show weekly. I love tam and enjoyed listening to some of Ajs unique opinions on different topics. However, once the news that trump won the presidency & Aj said she was basically happy with the results. I decided to stop listening. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but a trump supporter is something I cannot support. I definitely miss Tams comedic relief weekly though , use to get me through the week.

Tam makes me laugh every week. She’s my podcast sister. She’s gonna be a big star. Just watch!!!

I like the show. Tam is hilarious, very warm and sincere. AJ is cool but her conspiracy theories (and constant wrong facts) are a little much. Maybe do a quick google before speaking on topics so you don’t come across as uninformed, AJ. I’ve been listening for a few months now and will recommend the show to my daughter (early 20s). Keep up the good work.

I love We Talk Back! I listen to it every Thursday, as I look forward to the commentary and the laughs! It's refreshing to hear real life topics discussed by real grown women who live their lives, like they say, unapologetically and wirh transparency. So so happy to be part of the WTB community!

AJ being a Trumper is honestly quite disappointing. Tam seems to spend a lot of time trying to avoid topics that she knows will cause AJ to go on her conservative and conspiracy theory rants. I do enjoy the podcast but AJs stances are incredibly concerning.

I found this podcast two years ago and have not stopped watching since. I enjoy the topics topics ,you two have great chemistry and are funny.

Tam makes the show heartfelt and warm. I align more with her views more so than the other cohost. I pray that she wakes up.

I love listening to the show especially when you guys discuss SINSId the week but there is nothing more frustrating than when AJ goes off on tangents of misinformation like the vaccine is basically HIV or that if Henrietta’s cells could regenerate why could her body cure itself. Hiv is a retrovirus that takes over the host cell indefinitely. The vaccine was a small mRNA transcript in which our cells make a product band then the mRNA gets damaged so our cells don’t just keep making the product. Henrietta’s cells were immortal meaning they do not die, instead they keep dividing unchecked which is how tumors happen. When cells keep dividing ignoring our body’s command to stop it results in tumors.

This podcast is funny at times was worth a listen but more and more heavily woman biased, trash men for whatever reason as if men don’t listen to the show, I can only imagine how many endorsements they’ve been passed on because of their rhetoric.

I am half Vietnamese & half Caucasian woman to 2 biracial children. I’m listening to your podcast that you had your friend on about colorism. TamBam says that she doesn’t consider biracial children that come from a white mother not as black. I need to ask what you consider my children because they are 3/4 black (father is all black) & 1/4 white & 1/4 Vietnamese. They (society) always say if you have “a drop” of black in you, you’re black. Explain please

I’m not a big podcaster but this podcast has changed that for me. TamBam is a phenomenal host and I know that I’m guaranteed to have a good laugh. I love her transparency and willingness to open up and welcome us into her world with her stories. Trust me listen to this podcast sis!!!

The show has went down . The conversation used to be a little more balanced with gender war men are dog comments. Tambam is lovely to listen to however bshe is not enough to carry the show and have a real steady unbiased conversation. I know this is a female host show but I expect the same logic and unbiased comments from men having a conversation on topics of our culture. I’ll be come back and listen around the summer time .

I was searching for new podcasts to give my True Crime fix a break. When I say I've been listening and laughing ever since. I feel like I'm listening to my cousins daily. THANK YOU and keep being unapologetically you!

As a (queer) black woman, I had high hopes for this podcast, despite not knowing a thing about the hosts other than they are also black women, but didn’t realize it would be full of transphobia and misinformation. It’s unfortunate that queer black people often have to choose between the two cultures because of things like this. I gave up less than 20 mins in. Btw, “cisgender” means you present and identify as the sex you were assigned upon birth. Which you do. Regardless of whether you want to be called cis or not, it’s what you are. That’s like saying you don’t want to be called a human. Educate yourself, spreading ignorance ain’t it, sis.

I’ve been listening since the beginning of the pod, but I’m wondering if the podcast has enough substance to last the long run. The misinformation is rampant which is not really a problem, but it’s spouted so often that I question whether or not they have a solid enough grasp to actually speak on certain topics. The format can get a tad old especially with just the both of them just talking some episodes. But the biggest thing, especially after the latest episode is the relationship between the cohost. I truly do not think they have a healthy relationship and you see it more and more as the podcast progresses. It feels like AJ really isn’t messing with TamBam like that, and it feels like TamBam tolerates AJ. Their animosity towards each other can be felt in almost every episode. So it kinda begs the question of whether or not two “friends” should be business partners. I think the ladies need to go back to the drawing board and discuss a better format for the podcast and maybe try counseling together to work through the issues they have that is seeping into the podcast.

Tambam is hilarious and AJ can be as well but AJ drops incorrect information posing as if she knows what she is talking about and it can get annoying. I love now how Tambam now goes “Here comes the conspiracy theories”. A tip for AJ stop reading books by Hoteps. Update: The audio is trash please fix!!
