I had the pleasure of speaking with a great friend of mine, Zena Stevens on project managing within the home.  Zena is a PMP certified Project Manager out of Orlando, Florida and is the most organized person that I know of.  She has two very busy daughters, works full-time for a large corporation, ADP as a leader project manager and manages to still have date night (when not in quarantine!).  I love the practice advice that she gives in this episode about working with virtual teams, managing client expectations and using project management skills within the home.
