Free Tax Stamps for SBR Purchases at Silencer Shop

Judicial Reality Check: Mexico's Gun Control Fantasy Goes Bust
A U.S. District Judge dismissed most of a lawsuit filed by Mexico against several American gun manufacturers over claims of unlawful firearm trafficking to drug cartels. This ruling reinforces protections for gun makers under U.S. law, as advocates argue that Mexico should focus on its own issues rather than targeting American companies. The decision is seen as a win for the gun community, underscoring the challenges faced by gun control proponents in attributing blame for violence to U.S. manufacturers.
NSSF is a farce.
The National Foundation for Gun Rights (NFGR) had to withdraw its lawsuit challenging Colorado's 2013 magazine ban due to the National Shooting Sports Foundation's (NSSF) refusal to allow its Director of Research to provide a deposition. This deposition was critical to presenting evidence that the banned magazines are in "common use." The lawsuit had already faced setbacks, including a Biden-appointed judge dismissing NFGR's first expert witness. NFGR intends to renew its challenge to the magazine ban. The situation is a setback, but NFGR is committed to continuing the fight against what they view as an unconstitutional ban.
