This episode was prerecorded with the intention of releasing it soon after announcing the case against CBC. We chose not to release it as scheduled, however, because of unexpected obstacles. We had hoped that, by now, we would have been able to report, either, that a proper investigation was underway, OR that we had exhausted all avenues with no success. However, neither of those scenarios have, thus far, been realized.
