This podcast is like a magpie's trove of weird and wonderful things -- music, TV shows, games, all kinds of basically just STUFF that the hosts like. They have pretty eclectic tastes, as the title hints. Listening has been a great source of recommendations for... well, everything. The conversations are fun and mostly lighthearted, and always really entertaining. Episodes are long but there's not really any long plot to follow so it's as easy to listen in small chunks as it is to binge the whole episodes.

You can tell that these folks genuinely like to be around each other and talk about whatever is on their minds. The "Way Too Scared" episode had me in hysterics as they debated the definition of ghosts and decided on a safeword to use in case it got TOO scary. These folks can be my podcast friends anytime!

The hosts are so funny and genuine, and have a great dynamic together. The intro and exit music is very good, and the show overall is obviously well planned although it still retains a fun and easygoing feel. I also really enjoy their new little segments they've been coming up with. And they like a nice variety of cool things, which they are obviously excited to share with each other and us. They also are very good at coming up with random sayings and inside jokes on the fly (like "ear snacks"), many of which I might accidentally bring up in normal outside-of-podcast life someday, only to realize after-the-fact that nobody I'm talking to knows what the hell I'm talking about. But that's cool, I'll just tell them about this excellent podcast. 😜

The dynamic between the hosts is what I like most about this show. You can tell they really love and respect each other even when one is calling the other a "dumb idiot".
