Understanding Energy and Its Impact on Leadership with Nina CristHave you ever heard the saying “Emotions are energy in motion”? On today’s episode, I chat with Nina Crist as we unpack the energy within the body and discuss how it can be transformed into a positive impact on family members, teammates and clients. With her 20+ years of experience in martial arts, Nina takes a different approach to leadership. She taps into the feelings and thoughts throughout each interaction both in the workplace and her personal life to show up as an authentic, impactful and effective leader.
