Megan shares how positive psychology can be used to shift your way of thinking and navigate life. Jeanie and Megan also discuss the pursuit of happiness, the impact of being comfortable with who you are and creating a psychologically safe environment within the workplace. Teaching the science of human flourishing, Megan is an expert in health. She's held senior leadership positions in fortune 500 healthcare companies and has a degree in nuclear medicine. She also understands wellbeing from a broader perspective, through the lenses of yoga and positive psychology. Megan has worked extensively with Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, the largest yoga retreat center in North America, helping them launch new initiatives like online learning and RISE, a stress resiliency program. Megan is also an award-winning author of five books on mindfulness and wellbeing.
