I came across this podcast a few months ago and heard almost all the episodes but I'm still trying to figure out how is this helpful. Now I'm not trying to come off as mean or negative but as a business owner who runs multiple successful businesses, these episodes can lead people in not growing in their businesses in many ways. I can list the many ways from what Kelly is saying in the episodes on how what she says can lead others down the wrong path in their business but the list would be too long. To the newbies out there, it is best to listen to podcasts by someone who is more experienced in the industry if you want to grow your business. As for the experienced ones who listen to this podcast, they probably listen to a few episodes, realize that they are not good and then stop listening. I sure did.

Great information,different perspectives. Being a first time beauty business owner comes with a lot of questions fear and doubts but I believe with the right tools and guidance.. all of those fears and challenges slowly fade away as confidence and knowledge take over. As I read the reviews, it sounds like they are coming from those who are newbies. I have been in the beauty business industry for 11 years now and am a beauty business coach myself. As I am listening to the episodes, I hear a lot of blah blah blah. The episode Pregancy During Covid + Biz Building talked about pregnancy 99% of the time, 1% Biz Building and that wasn't even much to learn about. I thought this Podcast was about Beauty Business not someones personal life.
