MY OWN WORST ENEMY

Hey Friends, I'm Ashlee Williams, a girl living her best life with Attention Deficit Disorder. Having ADD and understanding it are two very different things. I began researching and really understanding this disorder and how my brain is wired. Long story short, it has guided me to starting this podcast so I can share my life experiences and all the tools that I have found along the way. Mental Health disorders can often be debilitating to many people and often times we find ourselves hiding our emotions or pushing them down.
