I love your energy and all the knowledge you are dropping on us and actually talking about things that will help in relationships and stepping back to reflect on things. I really needed this and im grateful I came across your podcast. I also liked how you share about The so-called black people in America being indigenous to this land and yes I agree with that. Everybody needs to find out who they really are! We've been lied to through the schools(programming system) African American or BLACK isn't a nationality or race.
