Antwan Harris is a devoted worker literally blowing up the 7v7 world right now, and he can even count nationally ranked profit - driven teams among his fans (but we’ll get into that story on the episode). What’s it like to amass a huge following in a new city and in your hometown organically while you’re still figuring out your long term plan? On today’s episode, Antwan shares how he balances being a popular 7v7 coach and football sensation with a entrepreneurial 9-5 just like an individual finding their purpose. He is an example that even with a growing team, we’re all still just figuring it out as we go and that’s OK.
On this episode we discuss:
Antwan’s system for developing and promoting youth.
How he’s grown his brand organically, without actively trying
What’s it like to have your work singled out among coaches and teams who are nationally known
Why introducing opportunities to get better are hard, but promoting in a way that is sustainable is a different ball game.
Why it’s important to differentiate what you enjoy doing and want to receive internal gratification from and what you actually want to do for a full-time job.
Why you should get out there and explore your gift, even when you don’t have it all figured out.
