The Voices Unheard podcast exists to illuminate and amplify the frequently unheard voices of physicians and surgeons in today’s healthcare system. These bimonthly interview discussions are uncharacteristically transparent revealing the lived experiences of under-represented medical doctors who face unthinkable workplace discrimination and harassment related to gender, sexual identity, race, ethnicity, and other intersectional identities and/or ethical values that do not ’fit” into the status quo.
