Sean and Scott do a great job of breaking down technical concepts to a level where non-technical managers and executives can understand them. That is clearly their intended audience, and they serve that audience very well. As someone in IT I also find it to be a highly useful podcast— you can never be too good at effectively communicating technical concepts, and listening to people who do it well helps you get better.
