She was a pioneering woman in the NFL, overseeing the Bears' Super Bowl XX victory in 1986 and championing community outreach through the Bears Care initiative. A devout Catholic and dedicated philanthropist, McCaskey was known for her humility, resilience, and passion for football. She passed away at the age of 102 on February 6, 2025, leaving a legacy of family, faith, and football excellence.
