Vidur was a Hindu King and among the central characters of Mahabharata. He was an uncle to both, Kauravas and Pandavas. He was considered as a Dharamraja, i.e. the Lord of Truth. Vidur Niti is the dialogue series between Vidur and blind King Dhritarashtra. It has some of the best lessons for life.

In Chapter 1 of Vidur Niti, the blind king Dhritrashtra summons the learned King Vidur to his palace. Dhritrashtra is unable to sleep ever since Sanjay had informed that he will deliver the message of the Pandavas in the royal court tomorrow.&nbsp;
Vidur speaks to Dhritrashtra about what causes sleeplessness. Who is a wise man, and who is foolish!&nbsp;
