Viejos Recuerdo...aren't really that viejo. Time has passed by so fast, that we feel like our childhood were a life time ago. CD's, cassette tapes, disposable cameras are now replaced by digital outlets, but we keep listening to those oldies that just never misses. 

We are all about having good vibraz, enjoying time with friends and family. But when and how do we stay away from those that are bringing toxicity into your life?

A day where we remember those fallen soldiers who gave their lives. Don't forget that we are blessed to have those family members and friends who are still here with us. 

Just because we grew up eating certain foods or doing certain task, does not mean we will stick to those things. Just like Lila doesn't like eating menudo and Brenda does not like to recycle containers from stores to save left over foods. 

Congratulations to all of those who are graduating or have recently graduated this month. As many First-Gen obtain that diploma, just know that many of us are proud of you! It's not easy, especially when you are first in your family, going back after some time away, or decided to make a change in careers. 

Unlike most of our parents, we are privileged (in different ways) when it comes to making instant decision about our work.  

As y'all know, we believe in natural healing, and with that comes remedies that we do, that brings us positive vibraz and keep negativity away from us. 

Old ways of thinking and teaching are still being passed down through generations, although it is very much outdated. But are still practiced in many Latin community.

Arriba, abajo, al centro, pa dentro! Drinking can be fun, when being responsible. Same thing goes for other activities.

Political or controversial topics where alway a "no,no" for us. Now, we get caught off guard when parents ask us for our thoughts on rising issues.
