This rain white noise comes from a couple audio clips by Sound Jay, plus some sounds created by Vibrational Tonic. This is probably my favorite white noise composition yet. Its got wind sounds, icy rain and deeply thunderous thunder. Very happy with how this came out. Please enjoy!

These Binarual Beats come from a collection of Binaural Beats in book form by Benjamin East called ‘Harnessing the 5 States of the Brain.’ When composing these Binaural Beats, I used Adobe Audition to create the tones, and to make sure that the beats were separated into their own channel for maximum effectiveness. I always start with a base frequency on the left channel of 7.83 Hz as an homage to the earth’s natural harmonic resonance, aka the Schumann Frequency. The HZ frequency noted in the thumbnail is the actual Binaural Beat, so just add that number to 7.83 and that is the frequency coming from the right channel in your headphones. This is white (technically pink) noise for sleeping. Wonderful by itself, or paired with any other music for a deeper more restful sleep experience.
