This podcast is awesome because I feel like I’m sitting in a room with friends that are having a conversation about things I’m so curious about. And it makes me think deeper about these subjects. I’m realizing so many things that are connected. This is my new favorite podcast

Lol this podcast made me want to say so much! Love listening on my commute to work Dejua vu means, already seen in French. So its meant to feel like an experience you had in the past or already had. However, even though the experience feels like a past experience or thought, it may have been a precog dream that presents itself later. Neuroscientists also have done studies and found déjà vu activity happens in the temporal lobe & hippocampus area of the brain- the memory center. So essentially it can give you a futuristic feeling because its a precognitive experience. In regards to materialism being the problem in Buddhism, its the attachments & desires materialism brings- cause in buddhism letting go is the key to enlightenment and you cannot do so with attachments. Also, having no expectations is another key to life and desires bring expectations. So essentially creating materialism is fine as long as it is not rooted in desire & expectation and your just as happy to see it go- which is a hard thing for humans to master. Last note lot of people already use crystals in technology, used in computers & other mechanical mechanisms because of its pizoelectricity properties. Yet people dissociate the two, just like they dissociate E=mc2 and the fact that we are energy. Dualism is what causes this dissociation, another root cause of suffering in Buddhism. ❤️
