Today we talk to Jeff Gothelf, a coach, speaker, author & consultant helping organizations build better products and executives build the cultures that build better products. Jeff has worked for over 20 years in digital products and services to bring a customer-centric, evidence-based approach to product strategy, design and leadership.
In 2013, Jeff co-wrote the book Lean UX with Josh Seiden. The approach is inspired by Lean and Agile development theories, and it teaches how to focus on the actual experience being designed, rather than deliverables. With Lean UX you drive the design in short, iterative cycles to assess what works best for the business and the user.
