Today we talk to Christian Rohrer, Experience Design Executive, and Strategist.
I met Christian last year when I participated in his management course about UX Strategy within the training offering of the Nielsen Norman Group. It was my first introduction to the strategy in the design industry. Since then, I’ve been exploring the subject and when I started the podcast he was one of the first guests that came to mind as a thought leader in the area.
Thankfully Christian was kind enough to give us some of his time and enlight us on what exactly UX strategy is, how to spot a company on their journey to apply strategic design and how to even begin to think of key metrics for user experience.
