Honesty Hour is a podcast dedicated to discussing mental health and professional development. While primarily focused within the USC community and LA area, Honesty Hour seeks to provide insight about mental health for everyone. Every week we will be interviewing a new guest such as professionals, clinical psychologists, psychology professors, students, social impact organizations, mental health coordinators etc, in order to start those much needed conversations about your psychological well being.
