Is there such a thing a ‘free’ training?You’d think the North East would be biting our hands off, er no the Geordies are a little sceptical, we can’t possibly be offering them free training (or fully funded as we have to call it)?!  Yes we are, it’s been paid for by a European Social Fund.Join the partners in the North East Workforce Skills Programme who have an ESF project, worth nearly £15 million, to deliver training to upskill and support 17560 employed participants in Tyne and Wear and Northumberland by September 2023.There challenge to convince businesses that this training offer is legit!Our partners include: University of Sunderland Access Training Code MTC Newcastle College Seta TDR Training and ApprenticeshipsThis partnership is possibly a little unusual - seven training providers working collaboratively to deliver an ESF project.
