We discuss Michael J. Maxwell's testimony before Congress in July of 2006, and how much corruption there is within USCIS and the level of mismanagement ignoring National Security and Public Safety concerns when approving aliens for green cards and naturalization. 

This is a continuation from last week's episode where we discuss former USCIS OSI Director Michael J. Maxwell's damning testimony before Congress in April of 2006. This problem of corruption and gross mismanagement of USCIS has been going on from when it was first formed in March of 2003 and continues on through today. 

This is the first of a multi-part series chronicling the corruption at the highest level of USCIS from when it was formed in 2003 until now. We learn about this corruption from Michael J. Maxwell, the former Director of the Office of Security and Investigations, or OSI, the internal affairs unit of USCIS. He takes no prisoners, he pulls no punches, his testimony is a scathing indictment of USCIS upper management and their Immigrants First philosophy, a philosophy that endangers America's national security, public health and public safety, and our economy. 

Despite clear and convincing evidence of fraud in the inducement or totally fabricated allegations of domestic violence or other crimes, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, the media, and politicians, simply turn a blind eye to all of it in order to protect immigrants at all costs, even if it means innocent Americans are imprisoned. 

In 2019, the Government Accountability Office or GAO conducted a review of USCIS's fraud detection efforts, and were not happy with USCIS. Also, "Jimmy", a victim of marriage fraud and false allegations of abuse appears on the show by phone.
