The podcast just supports the Palestinians narrative and continues the tired path of erasing indigenous history. Adding the Jews narrative would greatly improve the value of the show.

To reinforce the comments of others... for those of us not well-versed on the topic, Unsettled offers keen insights and expert opinions in digestible form. Timely given recent events. It also features the human voice effect that was so captivating of podcasts like Serial.

As a white Christian from Texas, I don’t know much about Palestine, Israel, or Judaism. This podcast made it possible for someone like me to understand a conflict beyond the broad generalizations made by American media

Usually when I listen to podcasts, I have to be dually focused on something else. Not true with unsettled ! I can sit down and listen to this podcast fir hours abs am always fully immersed. I always finish the episode wanting to know more and feeling like I have learned so much. As an American Jew wrestling with what it means to be also anti-occupation this is exactly the podcast I need.

Very important work being done here, by naming the Israeli-Palestinian “conflict”for what is truly is.

Be honest. Learn the history prior to 1967. A century before. If you truly care about Palestinians, you’ll go back to the Rothschilds real estate deals that enrage Palestinians and lead to their violence. Appreciate the combination of micro and macro history. As a N.Y.-ish Jew, the familiar sounding names of the producers is helpful. You may have done this... but if not, please address how American Jews are taught, by their families, nothing about the history that causes Palestinians to be legitimately angry. Edit: Nevermind. The producers are so guilty of their priveledges, they decided to turn their vacation into a empty-hippie-peace trip. You help ONLY yourself by saying “love will save everyone”. You are White Saviors. It’s gross. Seriously... they sing Peace songs by a campfire. Then, when Army comes in, BASICSLLY say “you can’t hurt us. We are rich American jews. Our parents hate that we are here. But they are all US lobbyists and Israel’s military funding will be cut if Rachel and David get a scratch. You do this to get revenge on Daddy. Boring. Gross.
