May is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth and our goal is to open up the conversation on Mental Health and normalize the stigma around it; to have an open and honest conversation about our personal experiences, and we hope that we make you feel less alone. Kristy starts the episode taking us on her Mental Health journey that started at 12 years old. She tells us about the struggles of being put on medication at such a young age, the challenges that brought and her journey of depression and anxiety into adulthood.  Athena follows up with her journey on Mental Health and feeling ashamed with being diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, from dealing with a bad past relationship and rocky custody battle.  We leave you with some funny stories, to lighten up the mood, after discussing such heavy topics.
