This week's guest is professional rugby player Joe Tomane.
Joe started off his career playing professional rugby league in the NRL, before crossing codes and coming over to rugby union, where he quickly became an international rugby player for Australia and represented his country in the World Cup. Since then, Joe has played for Montpellier, Leinster and now Ricoh Black Rams in Tokyo.
This conversation is a really interesting one on, how daily habits and routines can help you in all areas of your life. We also discussed the importance of keeping things simple and how to not be afraid of making mistakes, but instead use those lessons to help you to grow and develop.
