I’m a control freak, and this is how I practice letting go

We spend the first years of our lives constantly learning, whether we're at school or at home. As we get older, it is just as important to unlearn — to truly discover and listen to your own individual voice that breaks free from what your parents have taught you, what school has taught you and what society expects from you.
