Courtney also speaks on his current position with the Raptors 905 and where he hopes to lead them.

On this weeks episode, we get to know Alfred Green; from his time playing in the OVFL to his time at Laurier and most recently becoming a CFL draft pick of the BC Lions. Alfred speaks on how he got into football, and how he pushed himself to rise to the challenge each step along his path presented. He also speaks about his creative passions: graphic design and his own clothing brand, Seeker by Lefdra.

On this weeks episode the boys are joined by family. Greg shares his journey to becoming a professional soccer player. He talks about his early stops in college and the USL (United Soccer League) on his way to MLS (Major League Soccer). Greg also shares his thoughts on the current state of soccer, both global and in Canada. 

The boys are joined by new mom Bess Lennox on this special episode. Not only do they discuss Bess' motherhood journey but also her journey from growing up in Ottawa to working at MLSE Launchpad. Bess shares stories from her time playing university basketball in Canada, to her time playing basketball over seas. Listen in as Bess shares her deep care for developing youth and enriching communities through sport, and how this care has shaped her career.

Dane Baugh shares his journey from growing up in Toronto's Jane and Finch community to getting where he finds himself today, a sports program coordinator at MLSE Launchpad. He shares with us his philosophy of "elevation" and he also talks about the initiatives he's been working on to help elevate the youth in his community.

We speak to him about his past internships, as well as where his passions lay and how he is taking steps forward to work in those areas. Matt also teaches the boys what powerhockey is, and how it's played.
