The “Universal Voice Project” is a free audio and video podcast hosted by Underground Miami’s own- Tow, a meditation counselor, underground hip hop artist, freelance voice actor, and legal consultant. Launched in February 2020 - powered by non profit organization Higher Learning Universe.
