#12: Megan Klein – Using Feminine Energy in Running a Company
Megan Klein is the founder of Little Saints, a non-alcoholic mocktail and spirits company. I met Megan at Summit and was intrigued when she mentioned that she runs her company using feminine energy. Since then, Megan has been at the top of my list of people I'd love to podcast with. Thank you to Megan for being an inspiration for channeling what's in the collective and creating the change she wants to see in the world. And cheers to a sober month with Little Saints! Get 20% off Little Saints UUse the code "UM20" https://littlesaints.com/discount/UM20

#7: Elliott Bisnow – Co-founder of Summit & Co-author of Make No Small Plans
Elliott Bisnow is the co-founder of Summit Series and co-author of "Make No Small Plans." I received his book during Creator Camp in late July 2022. I read the book in September 2022. It was the first book I read that showed the tangible impacts of community building. After reading it, I was introduced to Elliott by my good friend Chris Duncan. I was dying to talk to Elliott about building community. This is always something I've naturally focused a lot of my time and attention on, but until then, I didn't have a great reason to explain why it could be beneficial. Elliott started Summitt by inviting a group of entrepreneurs on a ski trip. Since then, Elliott and his co-founders have built a community, hosted some of the most amazing minds of the current times, and eventually bought Power Mountain to continue their established community there. It was a privilege to talk to Elliott and to attend Summit in Palm Desert in November 2022! I will have a video and link my experience at Summit sometime in the near future. Until then, I hope you enjoy my conversation with Elliott. "Make No Small Plans"https://amzn.to/3GZo7tkDate recorded: 10/11/22Check out Summit https://www.instagram.com/summit/https://summit.co/

Today my guest is Shelby Church. Shelby has been on YouTube for over 13 years and has been a full-time YouTuber since she was 18 years old. In 2018, Shelby and I started a company together called Shuttr, a marketplace for creative freelancers. We ultimately decided to discontinue working on this, which we cover why in this podcast.
