ARE WE TAKING HYBRID WORK SERIOUSLY ?
It’s time for leaders to get real about hybrid. Today, leaders in all industries are tasked with creating new work environments and cultures. 39 % of knowledge workers could leave if you insist on a ‘hard return’ to fully on-site work. This is simply not a conversation of where we work but how we will work moving forward. Leaders today need to take Hybrid Work models Serious Employee engagement, job satisfaction, and Talent acquisition are three critical issues that leaders face when it comes to the workforce. More and more employees are seeking out hybrid work arrangements that allow them to have more control over their time and how they work. In order to attract and retain top talent, organizations need to consider implementing a hybrid work model. There are many different types of hybrid work models that can be tailored to fit the needs of your organization. The key is finding the right model and then creating a workplace culture that supports it. Employees want flexibility and the ability to work when and where they want. Leaders who can provide this type of environment will be successful in attracting and retaining top talent.

Leadership Anxiety
Managing Leadership Anxiety Leading Through Anxiety is a topic that may not be very popular but is lurking below the surface for all leaders. Keeping up with the rate of change and new realities of work add to the day to - day stress. As a Leader, it's not about working harder through the stress and tension but being able to stop and acknowledge in effort to identify and solve and manage to it . “We are no longer prey to tigers and mastodons but to damage to our self-esteem, ostracism by our group, or the threat of losing out in the competitive struggle. The form of anxiety has changed, but the experience remains relatively the same.” - Roll May
