She is a partner at PwC’s Cape Town office and has been with the firm for more than 14 years. She services clients in the insurance, asset & wealth management, retirement funds, medical schemes, as well as the education industry. She has also worked in the PWC Maputo, Walvis Bay and Lagos offices for audit and quality reviews. In 2021, she graduated with an MBA from African Leadership University in Rwanda. During her career, Onalenna has also volunteered for various non-profit organizations. This includes being the Secretary of ABASA Free State for several years. Onalenna believes that finding her voice and not being afraid to speak up is what got her to this point in her career.
