Break up or argue better

Intentional sessions is a motion. An organization of you will. That is used to encourage uncomfortable conversations to promote change. You remember when we were young and being told to stay out of grown folks conversations. But now we the new grown folks and most of us have no idea what’s even going on. Right okay so it’s not just me. In.session provides a safe space to question, to reflect and to communicate around those topics that we deserve to be apart of. Whether that may be around the relationship you have with yourself and others, or even considering what life experiences has contributed to your current emotional wellbeing. Overall ,It’s time for us to be apart of the conversations because silencing them will only encourage a repeated passed down cycle of trauma. So Let’s be the change!
