I listen to this podcast on Spotify, but I came over here to say how much I love this podcast. I’m so inspired by you and your guest’s journeys to success. I started my own business and the steps that these women have taken to reach their goals inspires me to keep walking by faith. I know the pandemic has altered EVERYTHING, but please find a way to continue your podcast. It is needed. Not just in these times but ALL the time. I really miss listening to your show. Marquita keeps it real and is very relatable. As a black woman entrepreneur I really feel like the questions that she asks in the interviews are helpful and often applicable to things I am facing or know that I will in the future. Keep being you sis!

I am now on my 3 episode and can barely make it through because of the uptalk nasal voice. I hate leaving a subpar review but she needs to listen back and reduce the corporate Kardashian speech and leading a question without repeating “Tell Me About..”, which gives more of a job interview manager and not a quality podcast host. Sorry but I had to be real.

I love how thoughtful it seems you are about who you have on your show. The questions are thoughtful and every episode is so inspiring. These women have GREAT stories. PLEASE keep it up! We love to see it!

I love how this podcast highlights black women killing it in spaces that were never built for us. It has motivated me in so many ways and gives me tips and tricks to launch my business and to succeed in my career. They keep it real and provide actionable advice. More episodes pls!

I found this podcast on a stumble, I am so glad I did! I am an entrepreneur and have been for 27 years. Recently I went back into the W-2 workforce arena. Great idea. Poor execution. This show has amazing guests that have incredible stories but I always leave each episode disappointed. The interviewer need to practice and study how to interview people. She interrupts frequently, doesn’t transition well, and doesn’t ask compelling questions. It comes off very amateur. Everyone thinks they can just pic up a mic and start a podcast but there is a reason why people like Oprah have studied hosting and communication for years. It’s kind of embarrassing. Hate to be this harsh but the show needs a lot of work.

I appreciate podcast like these that encourage and inspire others. I’ve only listened to 2 so far but I’m ecstatic about hearing the others and looking forward to future episodes!! Be blessed as you continue to seek and share wisdom about entrepreneurship, leadership, etc!!

I always read Marquita’s articles in Essence so when I saw she had an upcoming Podcast it’s only natural for me to listen. I’m loving the title and looking forward to learning from UnBossed black women. Can’t wait to be inspired!
